Traditional Music

Heritage Weekend is excited to bring Amanda Barger and Amy Lough to perform twice on Saturday. They are local musicians who bring life to the traditional songs of the Appalachian region through the mountain dulcimer, fiddle, song, and dance. Amanda hails from Grant County, WV, and Amy is a native Kentuckian who now resides in Hardy County, WV. They have been performing and playing porch music together in the region for over 15 years. Come see them on Saturday at Noon at the Craft Show (located at Moorefield High School) and at 3 pm at the Tractor Show (on the Summit Center lawn).

The South Side Depot will also be hosting traditional music on Saturday from 1pm-3pm. Located at 126 South Main Street in Petersburg.
