Underground Railroad Quilts & Crafts

Saturday 10 a.m. -12 p.m.
Step back in time and learn about the Underground Railroad and the stories, symbols, and traditions connected with quilts. Discover how quilts have been associated with the journey to freedom and explore the important history of the Underground Railroad.
Children and families are invited to color an ornament, create a fun craft, and learn through hands-on activities. It’s a wonderful opportunity to combine history, creativity, and fun while discovering an important part of America’s past.
